The majority of the chains on this site are Custom non-returnable chain so, to prevent problems we offer our customers the option of seeing a chain sample prior to purchase on most styles. Custom Orders may take up 3-4 weeks to process as they are made to order. Samples are generally in brass or gold but, give our customers the opportunity to feel the chain before they purchase. **Our custom Platinum chain pricing is based on weight. We estimate as close as we can but because our custom chains are hand made and hand polished weights will vary. We charge 50% to start a custom project and the *adjusted balance when we ship. Adjusted balance is based on the actual weight, can be less or more then the estimate. (usually within 10%) This way you are paying for the actual weight you receive. Please contact us with any questions.
Due to the high cost of insurance we charge a 10% restocking fee on items that are returnable. Again the majority of our products are Custom Made to Order Platinum and non-returnable.
****PLEASE beware. There are alot of sites selling SS Platinum or Platinum Sterling Silver, Platinum plated, Platinum look or Platinum color. There are more so just be careful. These are NOT Platinum. WE only sell top quality 950 Platinum, nothing dipped, toned, or plated.

Most of the jewelry on this site is "custom" or "made to order" and non-returnable. We offer samples (on deposit) for many of our chain styles to ensure your satisfaction. For items that are returnable, we will accept the product in it's original package up to 15 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. An additional 15 days for a store credit. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable. Special Order pieces are non-refundable. Items that have been damaged, altered, or customized (such as sized) are non-returnable.
We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party without your express consent. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.
